Grace Feng's Biography

A senior from Folsom High School, Grace Feng began her piano lessons at age four. Since then, music has remained her greatest passion. 

Grace is a two-time winner of National YoungArts in Classical Music Category and a scholarship recipient of the Chopin Foundation of the United States. Her other competitive accolades include California State winner and Southwest Division alternate of MTNA Junior Piano Performance Competition, 1st Prize of the Henry and Carol Zeiter Piano Competition, 1st Prize of CAPMT State Honors Competition and Concerto Competition, and winner of MTAC Northern California Piano Solo and Concerto Competition.

Grace is one of the 14 festival artists selected worldwide to attend the 3rd Cliburn International Junior Piano Competition & Festival. She has also secured scholarships to participate in various prestigious music festivals such as Gina Bachauer International Piano Festival and Morningside Music Bridge. Highlights of previous seasons include debuts as soloist with Folsom Lake College Youth Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra Virtuosi Brunenses, Auburn Symphony and Florence Conservatory Orchestra. Grace is currently studying with Ilana Vered and Carol Chuang. Outside piano, she enjoys writing, photography, and dancing ballet.
